Just put in my ACAT and it is 7 - 10 business days and since I am not a dailt trader this comes at a perfect timing for my.
As far as their fees I could not believe now low they are.

Btw they theyliquidated my wife's account because she did not have the fees associate with Etrade and got 4.00 nthe trade. Just found that out yesterday ... Etrade is horrible and I can find no reason to stay there. Even the time to trnasfer I will make up for in fees. At least for the small joe public trader ...

Example: Say you want to buy ADFG stock for 100000 shares at .01 cost or $1000.00 principal investment dollars ... thus your commission is $12.00 + ($1000.00 * .005%)= 5.00 so the trade is $17.00 and I pay 19.99 + some $3.00 what ever that charge is .... so in my situation I make money on commissions, Approximate, 27% lower commission fee for the trade and if it takes twice to fill like Etrade is infamous for the cost would be $44.00 Etrade and $34.00 Scottrade thus my saving on commissions is now 23%. I can live with those kind of savings.

Also their other fees are great too and I might even open an margin once I get active again.
