I believe Andrew Mercer is still a Director with the company. Unless someone has info that states otherwise.

I found some research on Mercer. It appears that he owns his own company, The Mercer Group Inc.

The Mercer Group Inc company website contains links to CBAY news, along with a list of other clients. I am not sure when the site was last updated but it states that The Mercer Group Inc owns 10,000,000 convertible Preferred B shares with a 1 year restriction.
There is also a phone # where perhaps we can reach Andrew Mercer.
