I like the fact that orBEC makes a good fit with chemo & radiation which is the standard the FDA likes best. They showed their true colors on Provenge by not wanting to upset the revenue stream which is already in place. This along with the fact that no one will be hurt, ie BP, Hedge Funds or Special Interest, brings me to the conclusion that there is a better than 80% chance of some sort of approval and the extension the FDA gave in June/July opened the door. I believe Padzur with his comments were actually very positive. After you factor in the corruption & under handed dealings I believe the chances of approval are much higher than anyone realizes and as usual the analyst once again are missing the boat.
