USF11, If you notice i said a 12 mo. high of .20. The legal os is 41+ mil. If you do not believe this i can see where you would have problems in accepting a .20 annual high. It is always possible that the SEC will find a way to let the shorts off easy. Assuming they do not and the 41 mil. os holds i can see the amount that i suggested.
