How about this for a solution.. Anyone who is really interested in finding out what really happen here why don't you call the company yourself tommorow and ask them instead of relying on other people for information..

I never called Marani, so I can't say whether people that said they called were lieing... Heck if you are that curious why not call Marani also?

Ask them why one day their filing said one thing and the next it said another..

Not that hard of a task. IMO!
