Nobody has any proof this is/was a scam. Somebody noticed the name change and posted it on I-hub, happens 20 times a day on ALL The shell boards.

Marani confirmed on the phone they were going public - if you want to go back and figure who those posters were then you can go accuse them of lying I guess.

Not only that I found the CUSIP # further proof the co was going public.

You all just love to create DRAMA dont you?
