A good bit was his searching by the officer name rather for collection of bus / shells rather than the company name.

This is most intriguing...the PR last nite stating name change, that today they say they put out purposefully to curb speculation. Then todays saying in effect..."never mind", we havn't picked out a company to merge with.

I'm kinda wondering if they didn't anticipate traders detective work about finding the filings and now with the transaction incomplete they are backpeddling to protect themselves legally?
