This co. is done. Hamby never paid the corp. fees to the State of Nevada. If anyone interested in pursuing a case against Hamby, not to get $, but to take the co. over, email me at [e-mail]. I have talked with a couple of lawyers at the Nutmug Group, who think we could take over this shell. Hamby got them for $200,000. A Class action is not the way to go, Hamby is broke, no revenues. The guys at the Nutmug Group would like to get everyone on a conference call to discuss the situation. Having the shell might be more rewarding than trying to get $ from the Hampster. Hamby is a crook, belongs in jail for fraud, and is basically an incompetent person. We all were suckers putting our $ with Gavin to give to Hamby. I am an original investor with Hamby back in 2004, he called us angel investors, seed $, or basically looking back really suckers. I only invested because of Tom Gavin, who I hear has been sick from all the stress. I feel for him, but the fault was with him and Hamby, not the investors who put up the $. Not once did Hamby follow up on his promises, not once. So lets move ahead and take over this shell, and make it into something.
