Regarding the grandfather clause removal:

Is it even going to happen? I have my doubts, wouldn't it be all over the news/internet? Seems like a pretty big deal. But the only person who claimed that shorts must cover by October 15 was the CEO of USXP. And for those of you who don't know, USXP is a huge scam stock.

Of course, this is just my opinion. But if it was really going to happen, I would think that at least one other person in the world of finance would have said something.

However, if it was actually true somehow, the price of CBAY would probably go up quite a bit.
