Cramer was the perfect patsy since he has so much public exposure with his TV show and gregarious personality it would be difficult to hush or get rid of him. There's a lot going on behind the scenes that we are not privy to. But, if any of the recent fines and legal actions taken by the SEC are an indication, much effort is being taken to correct this problem. Just as the safest time to fly was just after 9-11, (due to the intense security) october and november should be the safest time to be in small and micro-caps. MHO - RTB
