Union Dental Surpasses 1800 Providers Nationwide for Association of Flight Attendants - Communications Workers of America
Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UDHI) -- http://www.uniondentalcorp.com/ir -- exceeds expectations in providing multi-state dental services. UDHI has surpassed their provider base to over 1800. Union Dentals network is ready to service the Association of Flight Attendants - Communications Workers of America (AFA-CWA). AFA-CWA represents the employees of over 20 airlines such as United, US Airways, Northwest, America West, Alaska, PSA, Mesa, Air Wisconsin, Aloha, ATA, Midwest, Spirit, Horizon, Hawaiian as well as AT&T and other Communications Workers. This base will continue to add a solid and stable revenue base.

Dr. Green, President and CEO of Union Dental, commented, "Our goal is to have 2,000 providers by year end for our network for the Association of Flight Attendants - Communication Workers of America membership. Our business plan calls for us to add an additional 2,000 providers in the next 12 to 24 months."

Each provider pays Union Dental an annual management fee to provide these services in an 'area of exclusivity' where each doctor will be the exclusive provider for that geographical area. Where Union Dental has existing networks almost all of the participating offices have paid additional fees to Union Dental so they may be included in the new AFA dental network."
