if you research the ibox, you will find the answer

in mississippi they were denied

in west palm beach they were denied

now they are in california, (same lawsuit) but no one has appeared on behalf of cbay. cbay would have to be incorporated in CA to go forward with this, or prove that the majority of their biz is in CA.

please get a PACER account and login to the CA court system to see the notes. nothing has been done nor pursued in this case. CBAY had to prove that the majority of their biz was done in CA, but nothing ever was filed on behalf of CBAY. who was on the case? moriarity? i forget...

But Pawson has not appeared in court.

as a side note, if I were being sued for $14 million and I could buy the majority of the company that is suing me for a little more than $300k to make that lawsuit disappear, you can bet your bottom dollar i will spend my money on acquiring the plaintiff vs. spending money on lawyers and possibly paying a $14 million lawsuit imho

but like i said, cbay is displaying signs of being technically detached from the fundamentals - that's all that should matter to the short term traders

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
