wolfie123, Can not pm you since i am a freebe. I am older now just add one since Aug. 31. Also for a cusip. no. change to work it has to be exchanged 1 old for 1 new. They can use the electronic marker to hide shorts if this is not required. One co. that tried this 1 for 1 change the DTTC refused to clear because it proved the short and it has not traded for two years. Check it out the symbol is BCIT. Should also say this is my opinion. You have to remember the Prime Brokers, DTTC, mm's and hedge funds are in many cases all together under the same roof and are all working with each other.
