Controlling interest is majority ownership of the OS. So I suspect this OS will be changed to reflect this. The shares were already put out previously IMO, and have been purchased in open market. At the application for uplisting... the true OS will be announced.. and the CEO effectively has restricted share ownership for 6 months time due to S4 regulations, and I don't believe he would risk selling and lose control of CBAYS assets.

I believe the OS will be in the neighborhood of 4 billion based on the current CEO known ownership. However this does not take into account the obvious short position based on the volumes seen on the weekly chart. We all know that the MM's rule the pinks... and who would not short the hell out of a delisted company with no assets? Talk about easy pickens... that's why the price fell so precipitously. Various trigger points will be hit on the way back up... however.. the speed with which they pass may be mind blowing as any short had best start covering even now.. a parabolic curve could be in our future. IMO
