I hope that Norman dude has no connection to ISBL anymore. As a matter of fact, it sounded like they fired him. The guy on August 28, 2007 said,

"The company recently increased its authorized shares to 500,000,000 but has not issued any new shares since February 2007."

but in the biz plan issued yesterday,,,,,someone has diluted the o/s to 146mln. If I remember correctly,,,,,the o/s was around 128mln since Feb 2007.......This means, that from August 28 until Friday........they issued stock while not telling people, and dumped them in the market place........about 20mln shares they sold @ the ASK!!!!!!
