Ebay I see what has happened to you, you held all the way down. well my recomendation is to avg down a bit here at this low price only you know what itll will give you as an avg. and if it is worth it. It is just my opinion and what I would do if I had held like you. I usually sell even at loss to stop the bleeding. I will say Imo I think theres something huge brewing here, business people do not invest large amounts of money with out a plan. I await THE PLAN and I think itll run past the .03. Now you can get your money back or avg lower and make some money, no guarantees though.
