Is the consensus on this board that the CEO is making a play on the OCT 15th FTD requirement? Was it a big push to buy to wait out the NSS buyback?

And from the NSS side, are they trying to keep playing their MM games to attempt to get people out of their positions to protect themselves?

If this is right, aren't the MMs screwed either way? If they are overloaded with NSSs then aren't they going to need to buy back regardless?

Also, do people think that the CEO could use the dividend as an insurance policy and to amplify the NSS cover?
