Every time someone BUYs there has to Be someone SELLING right?
The answer to this is no.
MM's can buy and hold inventory if they prefer. But they only do this when they know they will be able to sell them at later time for a profit.(or to cover a settlement)
OR...As a better example...Company can dump shares into the market...That's a one way street (usually for an extended period of time)
