Tha's not true because it was merely an 8-K, and not a form 14C, which is required for splits, both forward and reverse. (Edit: I'm not sure if that form is required for pinks, but what IS required is appearance on the otcbb.com daily list, and tah has NOT happened, so you can rest assured that no split has take place as of now)
