I have to agree with you Stervc. If the $400M is for real, that is huge. My brother-in-law has a fiber optics company and they have contracts with NASA and Northrup Grumman, but to get $2M in financing was a huge pain in the a$$. $400M is MONSTER.

There is a lot more to this whole scenario than meets the eye.
