CEO share purchase. If he is as savy as we all credit him to be. Why not monitor the stock and the action. If it appears to be weak, why not wait it out and see if shares can be obtained cheaper? Remember he is in the drivers seat. Is he in a hurry? I think he bought those 0.0003's because the market was roaring and he bought in to the frenzy (chased).
I don't see this going back to 0.0001 for a while, but I can see him waiting for the 2's to load up.
