Remember this is "revolutionary"...meaning this technology doesn't work the way convention dictates(as you and I have been taught in the past). It's like if Intel came up with some new way to run chips with light ....you can not rely on your training on how it worked with electricity.

I would think it has to do with the nanoparticles in the "Rivera Process."

There is a reason the recipe is under lock and key, otherwise you or I would be in JR's shoes.
