Hi MNM,

I know you're going to think, "Here he goes again", but I have much more faith in this stock than I did the other one.

I have two questions for the board:

1. Is the company out of shares (from A/S) to sell? Is this just another way to get more $$?

2. I get very concerned when the CEO of a company finds it necessary to communicate directly with an individual shareholder. I've always been told that if the CEO is talking to shareholders outside of PRs or SH meetings, that's a BAD sign. Why is he doing that?


#2 really scares me. I am, though, excited about the news today. I hope to learn more as time progresses.
