Fact is siriuslyricher, GTEM is under investigation from the SEC, no matter how much you would blame GTEM's failures on "bashers" or traders, or shorters, or Joe, or other fabricated conspiracy theory's.

Fact is siriuslyricher, GTEM has caused a massive decline in shareholder value through their own doing;

The Russian fraud was huge, and it would be foolish to think that the SEC would not be looking into this con.

We do know that GTEM violated SEC regulations for issuing false and misleading press releases and failing to cooperate with the amex investigation.

We do know that the AMEX banned GTEM from the AMEX.

We do know that GTEM is broke.
We do know that GTEM has failed at dozens of projects that they pumped.
We know that GTEM jilted creditors in Germany and filed bankruptcy.
We know that GTEM continues to not pay their vendors and landlords.

And you want to blame it on bashers, or Joe!
Nice try siriuslyricher, but give it up already. The SEC is slow and meticulous, and their investigation is into all aspects of GTEM activities.
