ECT’ Executives challenge
More than one challenge is awaiting ECT team in the months to come. Our first challenge will consist of creating and maintaining a direct communication line, clear and precise with our shareholders. The FOLO solution is entirely aimed at drivers’ security. This technology, being quite new, is not well known at large, and is not too well understood by every one of our shareholders. It hasn’t really been well defined up to now either. On top of that, certain press releases that went out were not too clear and did not really communicate the entire information. You brought this up to my attention, I understood and I thank you. Therefore, in the effort to fill you in, I am hereby listing the actions we have undertaken these last few weeks to help sort these things out:I have demanded to our attorneys they finalize every legal document as they relate to ECT and to clarify them. They have been mandated with the task of validating every press release that has gone out since last June 2007. A legal opinion is now available on that. A team has been brought together in order to produce, design and publish a better, more informative web site, with an entire section for investors. In there, we will eventually have available visual demonstrations on the FOLO suite, testimonies from our customers as well as a case study section. Out next big challenge will obviously be to supply the many demands for the products. An entire distribution network is being put together in order to increase our visibility as well as our delivery capacity, with the fortunate result of improving the quality of our service. Our only crime would then be not to deliver what has been promise, and we are well aware of that
