Update on EIGH:

The problem has been the lack of approval of the company's 15c211 which allows pinksheet status. This allows quotes from pinksheets, level 2 quotes and active MM trading along with information being supplied to pinksheets with vital information about the company. The greysheet status has really hurt volume, including the fact that initially many investors could not even purchase the securities through online discount brokers.

Volume has simply been way too low. EIGH has traded only 424,000 shares total.

I have recently recieved a reply from the Investors Relations of EIGH concerning when the form 15c211 would be approved, and thought i would share the reply with everyone:

"Dear *

Thanks for your email. We have indeed filed the 15c and are waiting for FINRA to approve it. Our last contact, early this week, informed us that the information supplied is being reviewed and they expect to contact us in the next week. After that we'll know whether it's approved or if more information is required.

As approval is achieved, we will be launching a strong marketing campaign following the sign-off of the 15c. Like you, we believe that once the 15c is approved it will have a significant benefit with regards to the
current pps.

Thanks again for your contact

Regards

8000 Inc."

No definite time of approval so possibly they do not even know when it will be approved, but i will be watching the news for EIGH. With the price so low now due to dried up volume, once these get approved i beleive it may very well shoot back up nicely and could very well be a good money maker for us all.

One thing i did like about the EIGH reply was that they will be doing a marketing campaign following it to boost investor awareness, so at its current level of .09, i think this could be a winner "IF" the 15c211 is approved.

If anyone needs a link for DD, here are their websites:

I strongly encourage everyone to take a look before buying - some quality information and professional sites, great product/service and a very unique offering.

Ill try to keep everyone informed on the progress if anything happens - and hopefully we investors can get in at a good time and make some profits on the way up post-15c211 approval.
