I appreciate the fact that you provided us All with information, but I won't trust a "https" site which would forget to fill a so important information accurately.
Actually, if there is no effective date, or if it is not decided yet, it can be revised, so... no panic.

And even if so, A/S is not O/S and the MOMO lives in O/S, and the CEO will explain us All what' exactly happening and why he bought 1.2 B shares till last Friday, and probably another
500 M today...

We will see.
