From Aug 9 Press Release:

"These funds will be used for a deposit with Apex GeoScience so that they can schedule and commence Phase 3 work. With a tight schedule and a busy summer, the earliest that Apex will be able to begin is sometime in early to mid September. Work is then expected to be completed roughly two weeks after that. Once these dates are finalized we will make them available to the public."
