go4it, we have to be honest with ourselves. it is very clear not everyone follows the law. news, big news, has been leaked and insiders and so on are buying. as far as us guys, i hope they release the news this week sometime and not hold it back too long for various reasons. the fact is though, that cybl is going to have a historic run before years end, we just dont know exactly when. the strong hands will enjoy a wonderfull christmas with family and friends because of there choice to buy cybl at these levels. have a good morning my friend
