Hi Eric - I see the old dog Pawson is out having looked at the filings and I see Rizvi is named on the filings now. I spoke to Pawson on the phone last year and he is a damned liar based on what he told me a few months ago which was that he wasn't selling shares in CBAY - I made money on this stock and sold once I realised what was going on. He can sue me for this post if he wants but the arsehole can shove it where the sun doesn't shine - Crook.

Glad to see he is gone after diluting the hell out of it and then selling the shell for $10. I don't know if anybody else here spoke to him, but he's from England and I did speak to him. He was a lying sack of shit - where's Belinda these days who pretended she knew what was going on? She was party to the scheme, more than likely.

Lot's of buying back of shares on recent form 4's, so I now understand what the recent excitement is about.

I see there was an asset freeze on August 14th related to "ursuant to a Temporary Protective Order". Is that now resolved to your knowledge following the recent change in management?

My last question: Eric - where was my PM saying all this was going on and now you let me buy it up on Monday ! LOL.

This looks like it has good potential now IMO.

Anybody know anything about Rizvi?
