under our different entities i.e. GPS Global, ECN Canada, ECN Holding,
Effective Control trucking LLC, Argo Navigation etc. and will be rewritten
under the new name MCCY, Effective Control Transport LLC. All previous and
future revenue for any company listed above will be invoiced by MCCY.

-- In regard to the audited financials, Media City Corporation, GPS
Global, ECN Canada, ECN Holding, Effective Control Trucking LLC, and Argo
Navigation must be consolidated which will be done on or before September
24th at which time the Audited Financials will be filed.

-- A list with letters from our signed-on service providers from around
the world that will carry the signal for the FOLO System will be available
for review on our new website on September 24th."
So Monday will have a new website a new announcements. If the investors will be "pleased" we have to jump!
