Song, that was exactly the way I read it. The product judging from the Demo is sufficiently complex that it would require a decent customer service program in place to field questions.

A public launch without a large enough infrastructure in place wouldn't contribute to being successful. Opening the product up gradually allows them to refine the customer service system.
