QUESTION: i'm just throwing it out there and it may have been suggested already but i cant read thorough all the post. here goes:
A/S 4 bil. O/S 42 mil - ceo raises O/S to 4 billion (since pps is already in the toilet)and buys what he can if not all 4bil.(at avg. .03 would come to $1.2mil). some deal in the works is announced and retires all shares he bought to the treasury and then cancels them by reducing the A/S too say 100 mil.

shorts are still short and need to cover the squeeze is on... something like that..

is this a realistic senario? or is it not that easy?
