Feels like the sort of the argument taking place between game companies and gamers.

"No we didn't sell it to you. We give you the right to use the software, and may revoke our license at any time. You do not own the game."

Likewise, RH did not own the technology. Yet they're marketing it as their proprietary technology. This was said in several of their PRs, and the BCS box was also what was purportedly shown to Downshire (per december). Is the injunction without basis? I think now.

This house of cards is definitely crumbling. No revenues, no product. Only product that they have is not owned by them. I've yet to see real proof of the FOLO system.
