HAs anyone else spoken to the "Law firms"? Please share your findings!!!
I have spoken to lawyers at both.
I asked to speak to someone about the Wave Systems class action suit becaus believe me I had purchased a lot during the class period.
At the Milberg Weiss firm the person was TOTALLY clueless about the case but assured me that they do lots of these cases and they would follow up as needed. When I asked for any type of evidence they may have concerning proof that us as shareholders are not privy to yet, such as lack of followthrough on these deals like how he knew that they would not collect revenue he said "good question"!!!!! ?I said that as a shareholder I want to know if there is proof that they are not going to make any $$ on the deal..he hemmed and hawed and told me he would get a lawyer that actually drew this up to call me tomorrow. It went on like this for all the questions. I got nothing nada zilch. Which is as much as they know. This is just a house that churns out this stuff!
At Zimmerman They were just as distant. They were not able to answer any of my questions. None, nada, zilch. They would send me the info on the case. They didn't know anything about IBM and Wave and why Wave wouldn't be making any $$. The whole thing is such a crock!
Neither firm was able to handle a SINGLE question!
Can anyone say NO LEGS...
It all just p's me o!! Oh, and BTW have a nice day. ; )
