Soso, I am not fighting you at all. The old PRs were worded very very, very crafty. Look at Gross production and BDGR shipped. Those words mean two different things, BUT IT APPEARS TO BE DONE SOOOO MOST would think a lot was left, when it was not. Someone WENT WAY OUT OF THE WAY TO chose the wording.

By using the English language skills like a # 1 BS artist one could say that 1600, was left in June, ONLY 3.2 (yes less than 4) in May and 550 or so for April =s 2,153 barrels left for BDGR for the three months April-June. Please read the BS PR STUFF REAL CLOSE. By the way, it does not appear that the NET revenue discussions in their various BS PRs were worded as "well" to CTA. It means the same as CYA.

I read the Jul 11 PR it said, " Gross production was 8,618.40 for June, and Black Dragon shipped over 4,000 barrels of oil and equivalent. Provided that rainfall decreases, management predicts that July should be a great month. Black Dragon expects to sell thousands of barrels, as soon as the ground hardens."

GROSS PRODUCTION and the last sentence were probably worded to make EVERYONE think ALL of it WAS BDGR's, but that is not the crafty way it was worded. If they shipped two thousand or more in July the last part of the sentence would be "technically correct, BUT I BELIEVE IT WAS INTENDED to MAKE FOOLS OF US.

An average of 65% of Produced would be 5,600 leaving less than 1600 for BDGR not shipped. GOOOODDD BBBSSS PRs. Could it be a lie, while not telling a lie?

The June 1,2007 was a REEEEEAAAL good one!!! Say .65 X 7700 and it equals 5,005. That leaves .65 x 5 =s 3.2 left. It is quoted below:
Jun 1, 2007: "May's results are especially impressive, considering the inclement weather that the state of Louisiana experienced. The 5,000 barrels that were shipped came from approximately 7,700 barrels of production. Black Dragon hopes to increase daily production to 300 barrels a day, which would result in 9,000 barrels of production"

THE LAST SENTENCE has no timeframe, maybe year 2010??????

BUT THE NEXT QUOTE from the same PR had to be a distortion, yet it is open ended. If you check the June 30, 2007 statement that was released Sep 6, 2007 it showed OPERATING Revenue of $725,054 for 1st six months of 2007. YET the quote, above for June 1, indicated thru MAY the (NET, NET, NET!!!!!) was ($678,080) QUOTE "By management's calculations, net revenue for April and May ($368,080) has already surpassed net revenue for entire 1Q ($310,000)." END QUOTE.

The escape hatch they opened was: MANAGEMENTS CALCULATION. JUST MORE OLD OLD BS

MAY 11, 2007 " Black Dragon Resource Companies (PINKSHEETS: BDGR) today announced that its oil wells produced over 7,000 barrels in April. The Company shipped over 4,000 barrels last month"

7,000 x .65 =s 4550-4000 =s 550 left for BDGR. They are BDGR's wells, but they own an average of about 65% of the oil produced.

It certainly looks like a whole lot of ENGLISH SKILLS AT WORK!

If JL is still selling and calling the shots, I do not think I would want to be the transfer agent on a stand, or anyone else that is /may be possibly participating with the SELLING, if any, ACTIVITY.

The Jailhouse may have a few more rocks to pick up.

Soso, I sincerely hope that you understand that I am not fighting you. I am just dissecting the BS. But there are other PRs that were less skillfully worded.

By the way the more recent info has been a heck of a lot more direct, i.e." Black Dragon Resource Companies Inc.

"(PINKSHEETS: BDGR) announces that in July and August, 2007 it shipped 8,402 barrels of oil & gas equivalents. Gross Revenue from the sale of oil was $612,612. Output and revenues were divided as follows:
-- July output was 3,955 barrels yielding gross revenue of $292,082.
-- August output was 4,447 barrels yielding gross revenue of $320,580."

Here it states, BDGR announces IT Shipped 8,400 barrels and using their Gross revenue $s IT WOULD equal about $72.912693/B.
A lot more clear and direct, I think.
