This whole thing good simply be a financial ploy...Maybe RH was operating under the assumption his deal was iron clad. (Maybe - for the sake of argument). Some folks in BioCog said holy crap batman this thing is bigger than we anticipated and we should get a bigger piece of the pie...And this is how they are going about it...Kind like a pro-athlete under contract holding out... To that end I don't see how rh could have shielded the folks from themselves...
