Maybe, and suppose they placed this on the site knowing the sp would tank..they buy up a big pile of shares today knowing Mr. Huppe is going to announce, on Monday, the problem has been resolved.
They make out like a bandit and the agreement doesn't have to be changed at all.
I have seen stranger things happen on the pink sheets.
