The original patent application I viewed had Bruno Farbos listed as both the SDS inventor & U.S. patent holder...I've posted the link here a few times. In the same patent Biocognisafe was listed as the Canadian patent holder...however obviously doesn't mean a thing at this point as it's obviously in the courts hands now according to the pdf on biocognisafe's site.
