A couple of FWIWs....................


1) you can't get blood from a turnip; Milberg, et al, are filing in the event Wave is successful. Kinda like having a legal call option.

2) I wonder why DowJones/Reuters weren't named as co-defendants? They're "complicit" and, presumably, that's where the deep pockets are.

3) Maybe during discovery, if it gets that far, Wave could compel the disclosure of the plaintiff's posting handles and history. Wouldn't that be interesting?
