The amount of legwork that would go into creating a fake company such as this would be virtually impossible.
My main reason for believing is really the piss-poor communication that's come out, worded the way it was. Downshire or not, you don't say things how you did unless you are a PR rookie and have something really exciting to say, that's TRUE. Maybe you exaggerate in your excitement a little bit, and maybe you get taken for a spin for a while by con-artist partner companies, but you are still telling the truth.
In my experience watching the pennies for 3-5 years, the real con-artists are smooth. They slip up and try to be too perfect. They don't publish testimonials, or INFO White papers on their product. They just talk and disclaim.
I'm in for the long haul. My goal is to use this to pay off my house. whether or not that happens this fiscal year or next or whenever, this company really seems to be legit and if they gain serious traction in the market, either they go to nasdaq or they get bought.
