Is it ethical or legal for an IR firm to direct a private company into a RTO shell that is controlled by someone that has a notorious past without full disclosure to the private firm?
(This pertains to the stock and does not address anyone in particular...just a basic question that I would like answered). This should not be deleted. Lets watch.
