Question for the Attorneys Among Us

If the price of WAVX drops significantly today.. and if the material facts listed in proposed lawsuits are incorrect, as alluded to by some here, do we have any rights to sue those proposing to sue WAVX....particularly if they don't have a client, but are seeking clients? If so, what happens if we threaten suit against them? Now, while I don't wish to create legal bills for myself, I am wondering if I can file something in Wisconsin, or threaten to,... and, if each of us could file in our states( or threaten to) and create multiple suits (potential suits) for them to respond to? I am fairly serious about this. Keep them busy. Don't know if it is way off base but, quite frankly, frivolous lawsuits annoy the heck out of me and it seems that all too often the litigants get away with this type of harassment. Settlements occur, not because there is merit to the case, but just to get rid of it.

Or, perhaps some of the more savvy here should ask this firm to sue the media who got the story wrong and created the problem. Would be interesting if it were possible. How could they say WAVX was at fault if they are suing someone else for causing the problem? And, it might be an interesting way to get them to see the real facts.

Am I having a nightmare... or did I get up too early today?
