Tony...re available funds...Since last Oct...Wave has received somewhere in the neighborhood of three million dollars from the sale of their SSPX holdings. (I'm also taking into account the sale of ~700k shares that were filed on 1/20/04...the actual sale date and amount received are still in question) If they have indeed sold the 700k shares...it will reduce our total holdings to roughly 2.8 million sspx shares.
