You can't say that something was "quoted" by Andrew when it wasn't. Your post said:

Andrew did not say that. He said that it will either reveal that the debenture is paid in full "or" in the alternative, it will tell us how much of the $92,000 is left over.
"Franchise Capital and Aero Exhaust expect to close the acquisition during the week of September 30, 2007."
Nobody has committed to a set date, just during that week.
As I said, nobody is claiming you misquoted on purpose, but you did misquote and it's certainly easy to do with all the technical jargon.
It's all good.
