Thanks for the update, but you do realize that the 10k is coming on Friday Sept 28th, and the merger is being completed on the very next trading day Monday Oct. 1st? So, I guess I could have went through all the detail you did, but instead I put two and two together. If there is no GGI around when Aero steps in, that would tell me the last day to get rid of them would just so happen to be the same day as the 10k which will "update" us.....imo
