And further they're advancing now with the eviction and I'm betting they'll lock the place down to get whatever they can out of sanswire. It's funny but not unexpected that globetel defaulted right out of the gate on the negotiated settlement to stop the lawsuit before it went to trial. My question is did they really think they could get away with not paying yet another sum of owed money ? remember too that the broward county courts just awarded pembroke over 200,000 dollars in the case against globetel and now globetel owes that as well. Add to that the failure to keep their portion of the JV obligation and you have the typical mess that we've all come to know and love in this company. When will those on this board who have been touting this stock since it was 4.00 pps and seen it run down to 9 freakin cents realize that it's just not gonna happen (imo) ? LAWA would be idiots to even conceive of a re-negotiation now that sanswire has already dropped the ball. Another question I have is if they owe 12,000 in utility bills wouldn't the utility company have disconnected its service by now ? I wonder if they're using candles and flashlights to work on that awesome sky-whatever ?
