thats under the settlement agreement.....in case u haven't figuired it out by now there has been a dispute about the lease...this is why they were NOT evicted when they first didn't pay....tho i do believe at this point GTEM is not paying cuz they can't......i believe that is why LAWA has finally moved forward.....they have finally realized that GTEM is using the dispute to hide the fact that they can't pay.....without seeing the orginal lease u have NO idea if LAWA is entitled to the rest....u can't sue for attorney fees....they still always ask tho.....and as long as u show up so they do NOT win a default the judge will always toss it...the lease is cut and dry.....u there.....yep....wants the rent.....yada yada yada......didn't see any proof on the rest.....and really is there a diff between 140k.....100k.....200k......at this point your arguing over wooden nickles.....if GTEM is BK as u all claim.....then does it matter how BK they are?.....and if they not BK and they raise money once the reports come out......then this is nickle and dime stuff....40K the dif between what i said and u said is 800k shares at .05 out of 110 mil..ooooohhhhh....who cares....at this point dilution is coming.....if they can keep it under 40mil....meaning 150 mil total OS.....i would be impressed.....really put all the lawsuits together.....are they over a mill......no....and besides winning is only half the battle.....thus most will settle for less than they win.....cuz it cost even more money to collect your judgement.....its quite clear despite what many of u claim.....u have never run a biz before.....not saying GTEM is run well....its not.....but even successful companies get sued.....and lose....just cuz u win round one....doesn't mean thats what u getting.
