Jetmek...as far as the documents, they are what they are and I would not say they are more or less damaging in either case. The question in my mind is 'Are they being used as a foundation for facts or for fiction?'

Just because we do not see action or a public denouncement is not reason to believe nothing is happening. If there is an investigation he is cooperating with, that would be one scenario.

Another would be that he simply does not wish to waste his time and money on message board claptrap. Taking his possible standpoint for a moment: It's not me, I'm not in Globetel anymore, I'd rather take some time away from it all.

If it is a case of a stolen hard drive, imagine the goldmine of information that it would be to someone wishing to use it in this way.
