I think this is great news for a lot of reasons:

1) Dilution is always a concern period so nothing new there

2) The guy seemed pissed so he and others want to see things change and sounds like there will be more PR coming

3) Most important to me is that the new regime is very open and giving more information than we ever had before. I know that makes me feel a lot better and I think greener days are ahead.
